Best Car Polishing Vancouver
Your car’s favorite gift
2 step paint correction is used on vehicles with heavy/medium scratches and swirls. The main goal in the service is to remove 80 to 90 percent of imperfections. This is where we go through 2 steps of polishing. First, we go through a journey of removing the deep scratches and swirls by using the right cutting compound and pad for the job. followed by a finishing polish and pad for the job. Step 2 where we see the most clarity and gloss out of the paint.
Depending on your condition, certain scratches won't be completely gone whether the car is new or not. It's possible that the scratches are too deep to properly remove or that the clear coat is thinning down.
It is not just about removing as much imperfection as we can. It is about knowing the paint and the clear coat we are dealing with to keep the integrity of the paint healthy and within a good working boundaries to keep protecting the paint for the long term. We don't start the job without taking measurements before and in between and we don't finish the job without measuring the paint.
2 Steps Polishing to Remove The deep Scratches and swirls to maximize the shine and gloss
Even 4 months after leaving the dealership, the paint on newer cars may still need a 2-step correction service. Regardless of the fact that you've only had the car for a short period, it has been transported and handled by several people for a long time (in many different places).
The vehicle is relocated, washed, transported, cleaned, stored, etc. during this period. It comes as no surprise that all makes and models of vehicles have significant swirls and imperfections when they leave the dealership.
If you don’t maintain your vehicle properly using the right washing and drying methods after getting your paint polished it could easily get swirls and scratches again. We highly recommend our Sapphire Shine Plus Membership to keep your car protected and shiny all year round. Wash & Wax or premium wash are also great options.

Sapphire Shine Car Polishing FAQ:
Do you guarantee all the scratches to be removed?
The state of your vehicle is a major factor. Your clear coat is as important to us as delivering a significant transition. Because of this, we do a few tests on the paint before we begin the process so that we can choose the compounds and pads to perform the job correctly with the least amount of clear coat to remove and the most scratches out of the clear coat.
Do you do ceramic coating?
We believe that this kind of service can only get done RIGHT in a manageable environment with proper lighting(garage). Many factors could turn ceramic coating to a nightmare. For example, if a wind blows on a vehicle that just got a ceramic coating, if it rains or if the sun shows up directly on the car while doing the process of the ceramic coating and so many more... Since we only get the job RIGHT and we care about our client’s car(s). We don’t do this service at this moment.
